Check in at 3:00 p.m. Check out at 12:00 noon. You can book an early check-in or a late check-out subject to our availability. The rate for this service depends on the residence and the time of your arrival and departure.
For safety and comfort reasons, our residences are exclusively reserved for guests aged 12 and older
No pets allowed.
Parties or events are not allowed, unless they are organized by Singular staff.
In Antigua Guatemala, sound levels are regulated by the Municipality’s Noise Ordinance. This regulation establishes maximum noise limits for different activities and times of day, so we kindly request that you respect the quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Non-compliance may result in monetary fines imposed by local authorities.
Smoking is prohibited inside the residence. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a penalty of USD 500.00 per night of stay.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, only previously registered persons are allowed to enter the residence.
For security reasons, private security personnel and firearms are not allowed in the residences.
Rearranging the furniture, as well as attaching, nailing, hanging, or drilling objects into the walls or ceilings of the residence, is not allowed.
Our expert cleaning team in hygiene and sanitization is here to ensure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. If you need culinary services, we’re more than happy to assist with our food and beverage team for an additional cost or recommend excellent restaurants.
To ensure a comfortable stay, our maintenance team will be cleaning the pool and performing gardening tasks during designated hours.
Take care of the residence during your stay. Ensure that you return it in the same condition in which you received it. If any accidents or damage occur to the property, furniture, artwork, or other items, an additional charge may apply.
Singular is not responsible for forgotten items or valuables. We encourage you to use the safes provided in all our residences.
At Singular, we want your stay to be safe and enjoyable. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any accidents that may occur within the residence. If you are traveling with children, make sure they are always supervised by an adult, especially in areas such as the pool, terrace, and mezzanines.
