Check-in & Check-out. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional charges depending on the residence and requested time.

Security Deposit. At the time of check-in, a security deposit of USD 250.00 per night will be required. This amount will be processed as a pre-authorization on the credit card provided and will be released within 48 hours after check-out, once the residence has been inspected and provided that no damages, pending charges, or issues occurred during the stay.

Children Policy. For safety and comfort, our residences welcome guests aged 12 and above.

Pets. Pets are not permitted within the residences.

Events & Gatherings. Events, parties, or celebrations are not allowed unless previously coordinated and authorized by our team.

No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property, including bedrooms, living areas, terraces, balconies, gardens, and all indoor and outdoor spaces. Should smoke odor or evidence of smoking be detected, a penalty of USD500.00 per night will apply. This fee covers specialized deep cleaning, deodorization, and restoration of textiles and furnishings.

Noise Regulations. Antigua Guatemala follows municipal sound regulations. Guests are kindly requested to observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Non-compliance may result in fines issued by local authorities.

Guest Registration and Property Access. To ensure the security, privacy, and comfort of our guests, only individuals registered in the reservation are permitted to enter the residence. Prior to arrival, the required information for each guest must be provided. Upon arrival, our staff may verify guest identity through an official identification document. Outside visitors are not permitted during the stay, and access will not be granted to individuals who are not properly registered. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the immediate termination of the stay and the corresponding report on the booking platform. Security Personnel Policy. Private security personnel and firearms are not permitted within the residences.

Use of Furniture & Property Care. Furniture must remain in its original placement. Hanging, attaching, or installing items on walls or ceilings is not permitted. Guests are kindly requested to care for the residence and return it in the same condition as delivered. Any damages to property, furnishings, artwork, or equipment will incur additional charges.

Daily Housekeeping Service Policy. In order to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service during your stay, the residence provides a daily housekeeping service. The established housekeeping hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This service is an integral part of the residence’s operation and guest experience; therefore, it cannot be canceled or omitted. We kindly ask you to coordinate access to the property within these hours. If a specific time cannot be arranged or if we do not receive a response, our staff will enter the residence during the scheduled timeframe to perform the necessary cleaning and maintenance. Our commitment is to ensure that the property remains in optimal condition at all times, providing the level of service and comfort that characterizes our Residence.

Maintenance. To ensure optimal conditions, scheduled maintenance such as pool cleaning and gardening may take place during established daytime hours.

Care of the Residence. Guests are kindly requested to take care of the residence during their stay and return it in the same condition in which it was delivered. Any damage to the property, furnishings, artwork, or any other elements within the residence will incur additional charges.

Personal Belongings. We are not responsible for any forgotten items. We recommend using the in-residence safe for personal belongings.

Liability. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable stay; however, the residence is used at the guest’s own risk, and management is not responsible for accidents occurring within the property.

Guest Conduct. We invite you to enjoy your stay while respecting the peaceful environment of the residence and surrounding neighborhood.Maintaining respectful conduct, avoiding excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior—particularly during quiet hours—helps ensure a harmonious and exclusive experience for all guests and neighbors.

Accommodation Agreement. As part of our policies and service standards, the execution of the Accommodation Agreement is a mandatory requirement. This document must be signed and submitted at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date, or otherwise approved in writing through the same channel used to make the reservation. Access to the residence is conditioned upon receipt of the duly signed agreement within the established timeframe, as well as compliance with this procedure. In the event of non-compliance, the property reserves the right to deny access without liability and without any right to a refund.

Violation of Residence Rules. Failure to comply with any of the established house rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation or the immediate termination of the stay, without any right to a refund and without any liability on the part of Singular Signature Residences.

Authorization for Credit Card Charges. At the time of reservation confirmation or check-in, the primary guest expressly authorizes Singular Signature Residences to charge the credit card provided at the time of booking or check-in for any breach of residence rules, damage, loss, or replacement of items, furniture, equipment, or any other property belonging to the residence that may occur during the stay.
In the event that damages or missing items are identified after check-out, the guest agrees that Singular Signature Residences may charge the registered credit card for the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged or lost items.
The guest acknowledges and agrees that such charges may be processed even after departure, provided they are duly documented by the administration of Singular Signature Residences.
